By using SolarScope you agree to these terms. The product provides decision support for comparing solar quotations — not engineering certification, legal advice, or a guarantee of installer performance.

Service

• Extraction, scores and recommendations are estimates based on the documents and inputs you provide.
• Generation, ROI and backup figures are labelled as estimates and can differ from real-world results.
• “Unable to verify” means we could not confirm a claim — not that the claim is false.

Accounts & plans

• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Free and paid plan limits (projects, quotations, Ask AI, Pro features) are enforced as described on Pricing.
• Paid unlocks are processed by Razorpay. Refunds, if any, follow our ops policy for the deployment.

Acceptable use

Do not upload documents you are not allowed to share, attempt to bypass plan limits, or abuse Ask AI / extraction for unrelated bulk processing.

Marketplace / quote requests

Requesting a quote shares the contact details you enter with our ops workflow and, when selected, with directory installers. We do not sell your quotation PDFs.
